Every service technician starts in the compressor business with different capabilities. We put our technicians through a training program starting with preventative maintenance and theory of compressed air. After they have a full understanding of this, we progress to troubleshooting and repair of machines. We do not put our technicians in emergency call status until this training is complete, and we as a team, feel comfortable with our technicians being capable of accurately diagnosing and repairing equipment in question.
